The real deal, right?
Once in a while, things go from priceless to worthless, but how often does someone cause the reduction themselves? Moderna Museet (The Museum of Modern Art) in Stockholm decided to investigate the authenticity of the 105 so-called Brillo Boxes. They were said to have been displayed in a famous exhibition in 1968, thereby being valued to over 10 million euro. The investigation showed that the boxes were manufactures in 1990, three years(!) after the artist's death, reducing the value close to zero. The famous artist behind the boxes also created the American cultural icon that was part of question 9. THE RED-AND-WHITE LOGOTYPE in Klurendrejeriet® 2007.
