Helium, inte helljum!
Astronomers at the Max Planck-institute in Heidelberg have discovered a new exoplanet, a enormous gas giant, orbiting the star TW Hydrae. The planet, currently dubbed TW Hydrae b , is roughly 56 parsecs from Earth which corresponds to 1.7 billion billion meters. The planet is likely to be the youngest one found so far and will hopefully lead to a greater understanding in the creation of solar systems. For those of you who wonder, Klurendrejeriet® 2005 will be received in about 180 years, if the information was sent out with radio waves with the correct strength and direction! This year's contest will arrive two and a half years later ...
