Ännu är dock inte allt löst, eftersom Försvarsmaktens användade var otillåten och därmed lett till en stämningsansökan så sent som 8 februari i år. And the fact that its stripes was found as wallpaper pattern may have simplified the hunt somewhat, but how many saw them before the solution was found? After settled disputes in both Stockholm District Court (November 25, 2005) and Svea County Court (May 2, 2007) Beredskapsmuseet has been given complete ownership of Bertil Almqvist's En svensk tiger, a piece of artwork the Swedish Armed Forces also laid a claim on. Not everything is settled yet, however, since the use by the Swedish Armed Forces was not permitted and a lawsuit was handed in as late as February 8, 2008.
